That soft tine
Filled
With the scent of sweet clover
Floating
On gentle warm breezes
Charming
Us with babies everywhere
Coaxing
Us into easy smiles
Melting
Our hearts
Giving
Us peace
Finally
We can simply
Close our eyes
And be delighted

This lovely Bunny with Susan’s poem is the perfect reminder of how precious spring is to all of us, and this drawing is especially important to Susan. Her studio at Heronswood lives by a beautiful creek originally named Dancing Rabbit by the Native Americans who occupied the land for centuries and every spring her beautiful valley is filled with bunnies running and playing in the wildflowers.
